PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA INTERAKTIF BERBASIS GOOGLE SITES MATERI BIOTEKNOLOGI UNTUK MENDUKUNG KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA

Abstract
Pengembangan media interaktif berbasis google sites materi bioteknologi untuk mendukung kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Pembelajaran di abad 21 harus interaktif, serta siswa dituntut memiliki keterampilan 4C, termasuk berpikir kritis. Namun, pembelajaran interaktif belum tercipta, dan keterampilan berpikir kritis pada materi bioteknologi dalam kategori rendah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan media interaktif berbasis Google Sites materi bioteknologi yang mampu mendukung kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir kritis. Research and Development (R&D) adalah metodologi yang digunakan, dan model pengembangan 4D tanpa disseminate. Uji validasi media terbukti “sangat valid” dengan hasil 100%. Uji praktikalitas media kepada guru dan siswa SMP kelas 7 mendapatkan hasil 99,88% termasuk kategori “sangat praktis”. Nilai N-Gain pretest-posttest adalah 0,88 termasuk kategori “tinggi” artinya media sangat layak dan efektif dalam memfasilitasi siswa untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir kritis mereka. Media interaktif berbasis Google Sites materi bioteknologi terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif mendukung kemampuan siswa untuk berpikir kritis.

ABSTRACT
Develompment of interactive media based on Google Sites for biotechnology material to support students’ critical thinking skills. Learning in the 21st century must be interactive, and students are required to have 4C skills, including critical thinking. However, interactive learning has not been created, and critical thinking skills in biotechnology material are in the low category. The aim of this research is to develop interactive media based on Google Sites on biotechnology material that is able to support students' ability to think critically. Research and Development (R&D) is the methodology used, and the 4D development model is non-disseminated. The media validation test was proven to be “very valid” with 100% results. The media practicality test on grade 7 junior high school teachers and students obtained a result of 99.88%, including the "very practical" category. The pretest-posttest N-Gain value is 0.88, which is in the "high" category, meaning that the media is very feasible and effective in facilitating students to train their critical thinking skills. Interactive media based on Google Sites on biotechnology material has been proven to be valid, practical and effective in supporting students' ability to think critically.
